课程介绍
    This course provides an introduction to the field of Human Resource Management (HRM). Students will learn what human resource professionals do and gain an understanding of the major HRM functions such as HR planning, recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, compensation, and training and development. The objective is to present both theoretical and applied aspects of the subject.
    After completing the course, students are expected to:
    (a) Understand theories and concepts of HRM and its relevance to organizational goals. 
    (b) Have the capacity to apply techniques, processes, procedures and knowledge introduced in creating effective HRM policies, strategies and decisions.
    (c) Apply practically HRM skills introduced.
